How is this actually different from regular nail polish?

The color looks strange or muddy after multiple coats – is that normal?

This can happen when coats are layered before the previous one is fully dry. The formula is buildable up to 3 thin coats. One coat = sheer and clean. Two coats = slightly more coverage. Just make sure each layer is fully dry before adding the next.

It’s still tacky even after waiting a while — is something wrong with the formula?

Nothing’s wrong – this is actually a sign of how concentrated the formula is. Thick layers can trap solvents and slow drying. For a quick, hard finish, please apply thin coats and wait 2–3 minutes between each layer.

The chemical smell is really strong — does that mean there’s something wrong with the ingredients?

To ensure maximum efficacy of our active botanical ingredients, we use high-purity solvents and have intentionally omitted synthetic masking fragrances to minimize the risk of skin irritation.

It starts lifting or peeling after just one day — what am I doing wrong?

While the infused Jojoba Seed Oil and Vitamin E prevent brittleness, they require a clean surface to bond effectively – please prep your nails with alcohol before use, and avoid water right after application so the formula can fully set.
