How can I properly use these supplements?

We generally suggest a dose of six capsules of each supplement per day. The amount can be doubled or tripled for added support. While some will also choose to include as little as half the suggested dosage (or less) and still see great results.

Will the supplements break my fast?

Technically, any number of calories will break a fast, but that’s not necessarily an issue. Taking our supplements while fasting will not significantly diminish these benefits, as our supplements only contain about 15 to 20 calories per serving!

Are the supplements better than fresh organs?

From what we can measure, desiccated organ meats are just as potent and nutrient-rich as fresh ones. Based on our research, the freeze-drying process serves to preserve the nutrients found in organ meats rather than destroy them.
