Why did a wait so long to get a Hapbear exercise ball?
I can’t believe I waited so long to get an exercise ball. I love this Hapbear 26” (L) ball. I use it for stretching my back and hips and for core exercise. It came with a hand pump that was easy to use (though I would’ve like some instruction on that part). I pumped it up and have been using it regularly for 12 weeks without needing to pump it up again or add air. It comes with a few stretch and exercise ideas which is very helpful. I’m 5’6” and got the 26” but was torn about getting the 30” (XL) and think I’d like that size as well. The exercise bands are a great addition to the value of this product. Overall, the quality and material are very good, maintaining air with regular use. It comes in several colors, I just wanted one that blends in. Great for stretching, exercising, or active sitting – a great addition to your exercise equipment and routine.

So as I get older the old back stiffens up at night and a 5 min roll / stretch in the morning has made a world of difference. Well made and would recommend

This ball is great! The material is quality. Has stayed up well so far.(1 week) My complaint is the pump. It is to flimsy and slow. It took far to long to blow up. Foot and hand pumping this ball is bad on the joints. Get your own pump!

Ich habe den Ball für meinen Arbeitsplatz gekauft. Er lässt sich mit etwas Geduld mit der gelieferten Pumpe gut aufblasen und hält die Luft recht lange. Mit der mitgelieferten Stöpselhilfe lässt sich der Stöpsel problemlos entfernen, um Luft nachzupumpen. Ich bin 1,64 m groß und für mich ist der Ball perfekt. Die Schmerzen im Steiß sind gar nicht zu spüren, wenn ich drauf sitze. Sehr zu empfehlen
