Can heat during shipping affect the texture of the Radiant Cleansing Balm?

During the warmer months, our Radiant Cleansing Balm can get hot during delivery which cause the formula to melt/liquefy and shift during transit. This does not affect the efficacy of the product, nor have you lost any product when this has occurred.

Do you wash your face with a cleanser after the balm, or just use the balm?

No need to use another cleanser, the balm not only removes makeup but cleans the skin.

What’s the difference between this and the balancing gel cleanser?

The consistency is a big difference. The Radiant Cleansing Balm is emollient and used on dry skin. It turns into an oil and gently removes impurities and makeup. The Balancing Gel Cleanser is a liquid cleanser.
