I felt this right away. I probably should have gotten the lighter weights first because I can only use this every other day for my walking routine…but I'm still building muscle so who knows…I may get strong enough to use it more frequently. I love the phone feature . I talk to my kids on the phone when going for my walks. 😊

Before I purchased this weighted vest, I read all the reviews. I can agree that it is very comfortable but the sizing!! I’m a 5’11 big girl working on my weight loss journey so finding a good vest that fits well was really hard. I can honestly say I’m a 2x-3x size and this vest fits perfectly! I read in a previous review that it helps with keeping your posture and can definitely second this. I’m super super excited about this and as I type this review I’m wearing the vest. 😁 This is definitely a great investment.

Comfortable, nice fit, has elastic and is adjustable which is great for weight loss and gain. Nice pouch for phone and wallet to fit in that I can remove if wanted. Overall it’s a great purchase made with great material.

It’s a great vest but it’s really long if you’re short. I’m 5’ and the vest hangs past my hips. My husband has started using it as it fits his 6’4 frame more comfortably
