The kit has been a good quality supplement to my pilates that I have to do in PT. The kit looks great and works well. I think it has been a great value for the money. I have paired with it a pilates youtube instructional video and it works well.

I have never done Pilates before and have been using this for a beginner level program on my fitness app. I have been using it for about 3 months now 2-3 days per week and it has held up well. There is more equipment in this set than what I actually needed but still useful so worth the money.

Highly recommend! The ring is very stable and can handle a lot of pressure. The resistance bands are very well made and do not stretch out over time. Great set for getting started with at-home pilates!
